A Philippines where every community has access to decent work, sustainable livelihoods, meaningful participation, and a safe, healthy environment.

To support communities, advocates, and institutions in promoting decent work, sustainable development, and climate-conscious policies that protect both people and the planet.

Our Story

Jodelen Ortiz Mitra, also known as Jodie, is a former international civil servant and independent consultant with over 15 years of experience in labour rights, international labour standards, human rights, and sustainable development. Through SalakotPH, she hopes to help build practical, community-rooted solutions that promote decent work, social justice, and a livable planet.

Our Core Beliefs
