I daresay, yes!
One unifying goal among Filipinos is to make the country developed or prosperous. But laws are not enough. And many of the supposed leaders are not helping.
Let us start somewhere very important though: culture change!
This is more impactful than constantly arguing about politicians. I will be discussing this as part of a series. In this starter video, I am covering some basics and giving an example to level off on the concept of culture and culture change.
